I was holding out for the white iPhone 4. Not that I had my heart set on it; I just wanted to hold one before deciding on white vs. black.

The white ones have yet to be released. They’ve been on back order due to issues with manufacturing. Some rumors point to a September 30th release. Some say December. I can’t wait any more. I need to do some iOS 4 stuff, as well as update my apps’ graphics to support the Retina Display. I need to run them on the real deal. There’s only so much you can do on the iOS simulator.

So I dropped my 3 bills last week on a black 32G iPhone 4. To my surprise I had it delivered in 11 days.

I also took advantage of the free case program that expires on the 30th. That should be in the mail next week.











That’s one more iPhone for my collection.....
