I’ve been following Apple for about a year now. I watched the G4 come and go. It’s hard to justify $3000 on a Mac when you can build a PC for $500. I know that dollar-for-dollar, the Mac is actually cheaper. I know what you get for the money and I know it’s totally worth it.

My goal is to buy a complete Mac setup without spending any paycheck money. I’m in the middle of an eBay selling spree. I’m selling off some old PC stuff I’ve been hoarding over the years, as well as some old coins, etc. In the meantime, I’l be picking up my Apple peripherals along the way.

Today I celebrate my first piece of Apple hardware! I scored it on eBay for a half the retail price. Mint in the box. It works like a charm on my Xeon rig. I just had to connect a USB Bluetooth dongle.
