iPod Shuffle - 4th Generation

I picked up this little guy for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves it.
Seeing Apple go back to the 2nd gen style was a good call on their part. The 3rd generation Shuffle was very difficult to use. Jobs was right. People like buttons.
For $50 bucks, you can’t beat it. For one thing, they throw you a pair of $20 headphones and a sync/charging cable. So how much is it really? $25 bucks?

One of the coolest things about it is the cute little box that it comes in. I would have opted for the silver model, but the wife likes green. So be it.

What’s cool about this model vs the 2nd gen is that it uses Voiceover; a carryover from the 3rd gen Shuffle. If you press the silver button on top, it’ll tell you what song you’re playing. Pretty neat.

My wife is “letting” me babysit the box. I put it on my shelf with all the other iPod boxes. Maybe in a few years, she’ll retire it and I’ll babysit it too!
